Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available.
The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank’s website. At no point are the payment card data available in our system.
In the event of returning the goods and refunding the customer who has previously paid with a credit card, in whole or in part, regardless of the reason for the return, Nostra Koza is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller’s request, will refund the funds to the user’s card account.

Delivery of goods and any restrictions

We ship ordered products to you through the courier service DHL, which delivers worldwide.

The courier service charges for delivery according to their own pricing policy.
Complaints regarding damage during transport
It is very important that any damage to the packaging of the product that is visible during transport is immediately reported to the courier who delivers the goods. The customer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the delivery note or ask the courier to wait while you check if the damage to the packaging has also caused damage to the product or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are intact, sign the delivery note.
Complaints regarding incorrect product type or data
If you have received a shipment and upon opening the box found that the delivered product does not correspond to the one ordered or the data on the invoice is incorrect, please call us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment at +381 62 1031060, or send an email with your details (name, surname, phone number) to email@example.com and describe the problem. We will respond to the consumer’s complaint as soon as possible and inform you of the further procedure. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 30 days from the moment it was reported.
Returning purchased goods
The cost of returning the goods and the money is borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item. The deadline for returning the goods is 30 days from receipt of the shipment.
Currency conversion statement
All payments will be made at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia and card associations on the day of product purchase. The user of the payment card is charged in the currency of the account associated with the card. As a result of the conversion, there is a possibility that the charged amount may differ from the amount displayed on the online sales point.
